StoreAuditor is a SaaS platform that helps Shopify merchants manage their stores, including SEO auditing, AI content generation, and multi-store management. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate information
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Shopify Store Connection

By connecting your Shopify store to our Service, you authorize us to access your store data via the Shopify API. We will only access data necessary to provide the Service.

5. Subscription and Payment

Pricing

Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required for the trial period.

Billing

By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.

Refunds

Annual plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee. Monthly plans are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
  • Use the Service to harm, threaten, or harass others
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

7. AI Content Generation

Content generated by our AI features is provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by StoreAuditor. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property.

Your Content

You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a license to use your content solely to provide the Service.

Customer Showcase & Testimonials

With your prior opt-in consent via your account settings, you grant StoreAuditor permission to showcase your store name, logo, and testimonials on our website, marketing materials, and promotional content. This consent is entirely optional and can be enabled or revoked at any time through your account settings. We will never showcase your store without your explicit permission.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will end.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoreAuditor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StoreAuditor from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
